Before'n'After Interview #11 – Sebastian Rudolf

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your everyday life
SR: I am 30 years old and work in the sales department of Daimler AG. Up until about 2 years ago I was still actively lacing my soccer shoes. After that time I went to the gym and jogged 2-3 times a week.

How did you come across the Before'n'After program?

SR: Through an acquaintance who trains very successfully under Wolfgang's direction.

What motivated you to start and follow the program?

SR: My general wellbeing and energy levels were at rock bottom before I started the Before'n'After program. I said to myself now you have to do something. After the initial discussion with Wolfgang, I had a clear goal in mind.

How did your sleep develop during the program?

SR: I fall asleep very quickly and above all I sleep through the night. This was not always the case.

How did your energy level develop during the program?

SR: My energy level has increased tremendously. I no longer have the morning tiredness and the midday lull.

What was the biggest change for you?

SR: Diet was the biggest change for me. However, this has settled in relatively quickly and is already routine in my daily routine. I don't know any more food cravings like I had back then

What's your favorite breakfast?

SR: Meatballs with a handful of nuts.

How often and for how long did you train?

SR: My training plan consisted of 4 training days with a maximum training time of 50-60 minutes.

What is your favorite exercise?

SR: Definitely pull-ups! I made the most progress in this exercise and am now doing 5 reps with 50 pounds of extra weight.

Have you also done endurance training to lose fat?

SR: I thought cardio was a must-do program to shed the pounds. Wolfgang taught me better. no cardio!

What is the reaction of your environment to the change in the last few weeks/months?

SR: The response is 100% positive

And what happens now?

SR: My goal is to continue building on my successes and pack on even more muscle mass.
