Before’n’After Interview #23 – Eva K.

Before'n'After Interview #23 – Eva K.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your everyday life

EK: I'm 29 years old! Business economist and currently a little bit in the self-discovery phase. Means something like ... I work in the gastro to make ends meet, three times a week at night!!

How did you come across the Before'n'After program?

EK: I heard about the YPSI skinfold measurement from a friend. I was very interested in it and had considered doing a course in it myself. When I got serious physical problems after changing my diet, I decided to try this method with Wolfgang.

Which sport did you do before the Before'n'After program?

EK: I've always done some fitness, sometimes more sometimes less!! Before I went to Wolfgang, the phase was rather NOTHING!

What motivated you to start and follow the program?

EK: I wanted to get my old body back and improve it right away. Externally as well as functionally. I was in severe pain and was very weak and restricted as a result.

How did your sleep develop during the program?

EK: I used to be wide awake at the slightest beep, but I almost never felt rested and rested. Today my sleep has become deep and restful. Waking up and getting up in the morning is great.

How did your energy level develop during the program?

EK: I would describe myself as almost in top shape... The opposite of before!

What was the biggest change for you?

EK: Build in the regular eating and the fat. Before that, I ate very little and was fat-free. The three variants of breakfast, KH free, were also a bit unusual at the beginning. Now I'm fine with it.

What's your favorite breakfast?

EK: Cottage cheese (20%), raspberries and stevia (my vice)

How often and for how long did you train?

EK: I train four times a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) for around 45 minutes each time.

What is your favorite exercise?

EK: Since hate is close to love, I would say squats. I hate you, but since you are very effective and have a great benefit, I also love you at the same time. But since I love everything that brings success, I naturally find all exercises fantastic :-)

Have you also done endurance training to lose fat?

EK: Not a bit, thank God. I like strength training, endurance training is not really my cup of tea!

What is the reaction of your environment to the change in the last few weeks/months?

EK: Hm, almost unbelievable. Most cannot imagine my successes in this short time. When you are shown it, your mouths will drop open. Especially the powerfully built gentlemen ask for the method when they hear my body fat percentage. :-)

And what happens now?

EK: More, a little more... I'll keep everything as I'm better than ever. I like to eat and have hardly any cravings for "bad" food, I'm fit and feel good about myself! Let's see what else I can get out of it. The goal is fitness modeling.
