About the YPSI Creatine Plus

Creatine, also known by the spelling creatine, increases physical performance during high-speed strength training as part of short-term intense physical activity. Creatine is converted into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the muscles. ATP is the muscle's source of energy, which enables the muscle to contract in speed and strength. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements. The goal is to increase creatine storage in the cell.

Creatine is not just creatine. The YPSI Creatin Plus contains three different forms of creatine:

Creatine monohydrate is the natural form of creatine found in the body. It is effective, safe and easily absorbed by the body.

creatine citrate

is the chemical combination of creatine and citric acid . While creatine is tasteless, creatine citrate is characterized by its lemon flavor and improved solubility.

Creatine hydrochloride is the chemical combination of creatine and hydrochloric acid, which among other things has excellent solubility.

The 3 forms of creatine are supplemented by the following ingredients:

L-citrulline malate is composed of the non-essential amino acid citrulline and the salt of malic acid (malate).

L-citrulline malate has received a lot of attention in recent years and has been dubbed "the better arginine" by some experts.

L-carnitine tartrate is a combination of carnitine and tartaric acid salts and has received a lot of attention in specialist circles in recent years due to exciting scientific findings. L-carnitine is found in high concentrations in striated muscle (1) and is a component of enzymes in the mitochondrial membrane (2).

Pine bark extract and grape seed extract are rich in proanthocyanidins and

Oligomeric proanthocyanidins. These are secondary plant substances that belong to the polyphenols.

Like all other secondary plant substances, proanthocyanidins are increasingly formed in plants under stress and serve there, among other things, as protection through their antioxidant effect.

Vitamin B5 contributes to the metabolism of choline, which in turn is responsible for the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and thus contributes to mental performance. Acetylcholine is also the only neurotransmitter at the motor junction, the junction between the nervous system and muscle. Vitamin B5 also contributes to the metabolism of various steroid hormones such as DHEA, pregenonlone and progesterone and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (3).
