This results in a maximum amount from all sources, i.e. curcumin from dietary supplements plus curcumin supplied through the diet, of 210 mg per day at 3 mg per kg body weight for a 70 kg person with long-term consumption.

That is why we have reduced the content of curcuminoids per capsule to 209 mg in the new formula of the YPSI Curcumin Complex.

The statement also expressly refers to curcumin with piperine from black pepper. The reasons for this are the same as why the YPSI Curucmin Complex has always not contained black pepper piperine.
